How We Help

We provide trauma therapy for adults who have experienced difficult or overwhelming life events, including childhood trauma, relationship trauma, abuse, neglect, grief and loss, accidents, or other distressing experiences. We help clients understand the impact of trauma, develop healthy coping skills, and regulate their emotions. We understand that healing from trauma is not about forgetting what happened, but it is about helping you process your experiences, regain a sense of safety, and move forward feeling more confident, safe, and recognizing that you can make it through.
