About Me

I specialize in helping women rebuild trust, improve their communication, decrease their anxiety, and reconnect after betrayal and conflict. Together, we’ll identify patterns, develop practical tools, and work towards creating real, lasting change. This allows for a better approach to decrease the fears, anxieties, and hidden attachment needs  that you may have.

My journey to becoming a therapist was inspired by a desire to help others work through life's challenges and recognize that they have the strength to overcome them. I received my Bachelor's at California Baptist University and my Master's in Psychology at Brandman University. I was licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 113750).

My inspiration in becoming a therapist began when I discovered how much I valued helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. Even in 8th grade I was often the person classmates turned to for support, a role that naturally guided me toward the path of becoming a therapist.
