What is your niche?
All clinicians can work with clients who struggle with in different areas, however, everyone has a specialty that is mainly focused on. Ana specializes in working with couples who feel stuck and want to rebuild their relationship, Charmae specializes in working with individuals suffering from chronic pain and invisible disabilities, and Keshia specializes in working with women suffering from anxiety within relationships.
How often do sessions take place?
Sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on each client’s needs, goals, and availability. This will be discussed in the initial session, and can be adjusted over time as progress is made.
Do you offer Emotional Support Letters (ESA)?
We currently do not offer emotional support animal letters. Please reach out to your Primary Care Provider, Psychiatrist, or look into other resources such as Pettable.
Why should I seek therapy?
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in anxious thoughts, struggling with relationship challenges, or carrying the impact of past trauma. Therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand these experiences, develop new coping strategies, and begin creating meaningful change.
What would therapy look like with me?
Therapy is a collaborative process where you and your therapist work together to explore challenges, identify patterns, and develop practical tools for change. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.
How long does therapy last?
Therapy length is different for everyone. Some clients come for a short period of time while others stay longer for continued support and growth. We regularly review progress and goals together to determine what this may look like for each client.
Do you offer in person sessions?
We currently do not offer in person sessions, but plan to do so in the future. At this time every session is via telehealth.
