Group Therapy in Lancaster & Antelope Valley via Telehealth

The desert is beautiful, but it can be a lonely place.

Homes are spread out, family might be an hour or two down the freeway, and after a long day it's easy to go straight from the car to the couch. A lot of people in Lancaster tell us they don't have anyone to really talk to. Not because they're unlikable, but because life got busy and everybody drifted.

Group therapy is a place to stop feeling like the only one.

Groups we offer

  • Connection groups: For adults who want real conversations and real support from people who understand.

  • Parenting support: Swap notes, vent a little, and learn tools that actually work with your kids. Nobody here is a perfect parent, including us.

  • Teen social skills: For AV teens who struggle with friendships, confidence, or knowing what to say. Low pressure, and yes, they can keep their camera on or off at first.

  • Grupo de apoyo para sobrevivientes de violencia doméstica (en español): A safe, confidential space for Spanish-speaking women and survivors to heal, be believed, and rebuild, in your own language.

Why group works

There's something powerful about hearing someone else say the thing you've been too embarrassed to say out loud. Group gives you a skilled therapist plus a room full of people cheering you on. It's also often more affordable than weekly individual sessions.

Join from anywhere in the AV

All of our groups meet online, so whether you're in Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, or Lake Los Angeles, you can join without fighting traffic or finding a sitter for the whole evening.

Your safety matters

If you're joining our domestic violence support group, we'll talk with you first about how to attend safely and privately. If you are in danger right now, call 911 or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
