About Me

Is your teen ignoring you, pulling away, struggling in school, or having a hard time connecting with friends? Do they stay locked in their room and seem constantly upset when you do see them? Are you lying awake wondering what's wrong, blaming yourself for not knowing how to help, or quietly asking yourself if you did something wrong? Most parents in your shoes feel exactly this way. I specialize in working with children and adolescents who are struggling in ways that are hard to name, and helping families finally understand how to work through it all.

Most children and adolescents begin to show visible progress within a few months. Better emotional regulation, improved communication at home, stronger peer connections, and begin to feel more confident in who they are. The arguments get shorter. The shutdowns happen less. And slowly the child you have been worried about seem like themselves again.

My goal is to remind clients that they do not have to navigate difficult seasons on their own. Whether you are a parent looking for support for your child, a teen working through challenges, an individual seeking a safe place to talk, or a couple or family hoping to strengthen your relationships, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and understanding.

I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Hartford in Connecticut and my Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Grand Canyon University. I also have approximately three years of experience working in a school setting, where I supported children and adolescents and gained valuable experience understanding the social, emotional, behavioral, and family factors that can impact their well-being.
