About Me
Stuck in a cycle of anxiety, distance, or conflict? Do you and your partner find yourself stuck in the same fight over and over? Do one of you chase for reassurance while the other pulls away? Do small disagreements spiral into feeling like the relationship itself is at risk? These patterns are common and they're not a sign your relationship is over. Most couples I work with are deeply committed to each other, but caught in a cycle with anxiety, old wounds, or mismatched attachment styles keep getting in the way of them being close. I help couples build the secure connected relationship you both want.
Therapy is a collaborative process, my clients bring the pieces, experiences, and hurts; and together we examine those things to begin the healing process within their relationships. My goal is to help clients gain coping skills, learn how to communicate better with one another, and learn to fall in love again.
I hold an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, a B.A. in Applied Psychology from Los Angeles Pacific University, and a second M.A. in Christian Counseling plus a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Summit Bible College. I am a licensed therapist licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Board of California and a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
My path to this work was shaped by personal childhood experiences that caused me to be passionate towards others and have a desire to creating a safe, supportive space where others can work on themselves.
