About Me

Do you struggle with navigating life while living with a chronic illness or invisible disability? Do you often feel unseen, or find yourself struggling to redefine who you are outside of your diagnosis? I specialize in supporting adults living with invisible disabilities and help them work through the challenges that often go unseen by others.  My approach focuses on creating a supportive, validating, and empowering environment where clients can explore their experiences, build coping skills, and strengthen self-advocacy.

As someone who lives with a chronic illness myself, I understand the emotional, physical, and mental challenges that can come with managing a long term health condition.  My personal experience allows me to connect with clients in a relatable and compassionate way while providing professional support.

I earned my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Baptist University.  My hope is that clients leave therapy and/or the group feeling empowered and more confident in their ability to manage how they feel and cope.  While your medical condition may affect some of your life, it does not have to define who you are.
