Group Therapy in Santa Clarita via Telehealth
You can live in a neighborhood full of people and still feel completely alone.
In Santa Clarita, it's common to know your neighbors' names and nothing else. Everybody is busy, everybody seems fine, and nobody wants to be the one who admits they're struggling. Group therapy is where people finally get to drop the act.
Our groups
-
Connection groups: A weekly place to talk honestly with other adults who get it. Many people tell us this is the first time they've felt understood in a long time.
-
Parenting support: Toddler meltdowns, teen attitude, and everything in between. Come for the strategies, stay because it's a relief to hear other parents say "me too."
-
Teen social skills: For SCV teens who feel awkward, anxious, or left out. We practice real-world skills like starting conversations, handling conflict, and building friendships, in a setting that's actually kind of fun.
-
Grupo de apoyo de violencia doméstica en español: A confidential group for Spanish-speaking survivors in the Santa Clarita Valley. You'll be met with respect, privacy, and people who understand.

What makes group different
In individual therapy, you get one expert. In group, you get a skilled facilitator plus a circle of people who've been where you are. You learn from their wins, they learn from yours, and slowly the isolation starts to lift. Group is also a more budget-friendly way to get consistent support.
Online and easy to join
All groups meet by video, so you can join from Valencia, Saugus, Canyon Country, Castaic, or anywhere in California. No parking at a busy office, no rushing home from work.
If you need help now
Our domestic violence group starts with a private conversation about safety and how to attend without being overheard. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
