Healing Together After Birth! Postpartum Support for Emotional Recovery and Parenting!
Service Description
A group for postpartum women to share experiences, process emotions, and build supportive connections. We offer psychoeducation, coping strategies, and referrals to additional care as needed. Join to find understanding, reduce isolation, and strengthen your well‑being during your postpartum journey.
Cancellation Policy
Purpose This online group is a safe place for mother's to process postpartum challenges, gain support, and learn skills to help them cope. Who can join Mother's suffering from postpartum anxiety, depression, OCD, physical postpartum, etc. while parenting a new baby up to toddler. How to find and sign up Sign up for free consult, discuss group dates and times, & schedule an initial intake session. Registration closes once group is full (10 people). If a group is full, you can join the waitlist. After you register, we send a confirmation email. You will receive a private meeting link and instructions afterwards. Before group Use private device and private internet connection. Have a safe, private, quiet place where you won’t be overheard. Use a display name that does not reveal your full identity if you prefer. Camera is required to be on. Join a few minutes early so we can start on time. If you can’t make it, please tell us at least 24 hours before the meeting. Repeated no-shows without notice (more than 2) may affect your ability to join future sessions. Confidentiality and safety Do not record, screenshot, or share anything from the meeting. What people share in group stays in the group. Do not post meeting links or details on social media or public sites. If you feel unsafe joining from where you are, do not join. Call emergency services if you are in immediate danger. It is best to have no children present during group, please mute self until speaking if children are present. How meetings are run Meetings are led by trained facilitators. Be respectful. No abusive language, threats, or harassment. Facilitators may remove you if you cause harm or disrupt safety. Emergency situations and limits This group is peer support, not crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 first. If you tell a facilitator about current harm to a child, elder, or dependent adult, we are required to report it by law. Facilitators cannot stop an emergency; they will help with referrals and safety planning where possible. Privacy and data We collect what we need to run the group (name, contact, short intake answers, etc). Your information is used to send meeting links, manage attendance, and provide referrals. Meetings are not recorded. Fee & Cancel Policy $55 per group. If you cancel within 0-12 hours of group you will be charged the full session fee of $55.
