Keshia Bell, LMFT 113750
Founder & Therapist
I specialize in helping couples and women struggling with relationship anxiety, attachment wounds, and betrayal rebuild trust in themselves and their relationships. I have worked with clients of all ages and different challenges, but enjoy helping women and couples navigate emotional challenges by creating a safe, non-judgmental space. This way fears, anxieties, and hidden attachment needs can be addressed while fostering positive communication and developing lasting emotional resilience.
My journey to becoming a therapist was inspired by a desire to help others work through life's challenges and recognize that they have the strength to overcome them. I received my Bachelor's at California Baptist University and my Master's in Psychology at Brandman University. I was licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 113750).
My inspiration in becoming a therapist began when I discovered how much I valued helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. Even in 8th grade I was often the person classmates turned to for support, a role that naturally guided me toward the path of becoming a therapist.

Ana Hernandez, AMFT 146750
Therapist
I work with young adults navigating the transition to adulthood, couples, and women experiencing anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and postpartum depression. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Seeking Safety, interpersonal psychotherapy, trauma-focused CBT, and domestic violence counseling, and I’m trained in individual CBT and PCIT. I also offer a faith-based approach upon request.
I view therapy as a collaborative process: my clients bring the pieces—the experiences, relationships, and hurts—and together we examine those pieces to uncover meaning, build healing, and foster lasting empowerment. My goal is to help clients gain practical tools they can continue to use as they integrate new, meaningful pieces into their lives.
I hold an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, a B.A. in Applied Psychology from Los Angeles Pacific University, and a second M.A. in Christian Counseling plus a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Summit Bible College. I am an associate therapist licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Board of California and a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
My path to this work was shaped by personal childhood experiences that deepened my compassion and commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where others can heal and grow.
