Is therapy affordable for me?
We do accept select insurance plans. Coverage and benefits vary by provider, so we encourage clients to verify their mental health benefits directly with their insurance company. Sessions are available weekly or biweekly depending on your needs.
A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Reduced fees range from: $100–$120 per individual session, $150-180 for couple's sessions, and $200-$220 for family sessions depending on financial need. Verification of income (two months of pay stubs) and reduced fee application is required.
We have partnered with Thrizer to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.
Do you offer in person sessions?
We currently do not offer in person sessions, but plan to do so in the future. At this time every session is via telehealth.
How often do sessions take place?
Sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on each client’s needs, goals, and availability. This will be discussed in the initial session, and can be adjusted over time as progress is made.
Can I get an Emotional Support (ESA) Letter?
We currently do not offer emotional support animal letters. Please reach out to your Primary Care Provider, Psychiatrist, or look into other resources such as Pettable.
Why should I seek therapy?
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in anxious thoughts, struggling with relationship challenges, or carrying the impact of past trauma. Therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand these experiences, develop new coping strategies, and begin creating meaningful change.
What would therapy look like with me?
Therapy is a collaborative process where you and your therapist work together to explore challenges, identify patterns, and develop practical tools for change. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.
How long does therapy last?
Therapy length is different for everyone. Some clients come for a short period of time while others stay longer for continued support and growth. We regularly review progress and goals together to determine what this may look like for each client.
How do I get started?
If you’re ready to take the next step toward support and healing, we invite you to reach out today. We would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
